At Waveform, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Waveform account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
